At IGTC, I learnt “Nothing happens until you start thinking”. Raw creativity means responding to the essence of things. We placed ourselves in the shoes of the leadership team of a consumer product company. We were required to design a product and services portfolio, along with business strategy focussed on market acceptance and sustainability. Our project experience took us through an end-to-end implementation of our learnings from IGTC – from idea building, customer survey, market analysis, product uniqueness, operational strategy and financial analysis. The project elucidated how each department of the organisation has to be orchestrated to achieve the big picture.
