Working professionals and mid-level managers with over 3 years of experience who want to build leadership and strategic decision-making skills without pausing their careers.
Two flexible part-time formats: a 12-month Alternate Weekend format or a 16-month Quarterly Block format, both designed to work around full-time job commitments.
Roughly 10 to 12 hours per week of instruction and self-study in the weekend format, or approximately 90 hours per quarter in the block format.
The program fee is Rs. 2,50,000 plus 9 percent CGST and 9 percent SGST. Most candidates are sponsored by their employer, though self-sponsored individuals and entrepreneurs are also welcome to apply directly.
Mumbai classes are held at the IGTC Mumbai address near Churchgate, and Pune classes are held at Vivanta Pune Hinjawadi. Next batches start October 2026 in Mumbai and March 2027 in Pune.
A letter of recommendation from a senior colleague or mentor, along with an application fee of Rs. 2,500 plus 9 percent CGST and 9 percent SGST.
