A German MBA built in the Indian workplace, not just the classrooms
Partner Network
The program is designed around one central philosophy - management capability develops most powerfully when learning and business practice evolve together. What makes the program distinctive is the active role of partner organisations. Partner organisations include:
The Indo-German Dual MBA
For over three decades, the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) has been delivering management education based on the German Dual Education model, where academic learning is integrated with structured corporate practice in German organisations. The programs are being conducted through its division, the Indo-German Training Centre (IGTC).
In 2026, this experience and expertise evolves into the Indo-German Dual MBA: a collaborative program combining German academic excellence with workplace-based learning in India. The academic responsibility for the program rests with the Center for Advanced Studies of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW CAS), Germany while IGCC | IGTC facilitates India-based learning and corporate integration.
Organisations become active partners in the learning journey by providing structured workplace exposure, mentoring and business context, while DHBW CAS ensures academic rigour, curriculum quality and internationally recognised degree outcomes. Dual learners continue training or working while studying, thus applying concepts directly to organisational challenges and completing research-based consulting projects within their company environment, while pursuing academic requirements at IGTC, Mumbai and DHBW CAS.
This creates a powerful ecosystem where companies in India and a German university jointly contribute to talent development. The result is a globally recognised MBA that combines academic rigour with industry relevance and exposure to German culture, without requiring full relocation or the cost of a traditional international MBA program.

Fresh with ideas and modern inventory management tools at IGTC, I applied the Statistical (QR model) and Estimation Method to scientifically redefine and calculate minimum inventory and re-order level. These recommendations were successfully implemented by Baerlocher and it helped to reduce inventory by 7 percent and realised a cost savings of approximately 22 percent read more
At DBOI, I was tasked to review Key Operating Processes (KOP) of the Liquidity Data Management team. By shadowing the seasoned analysts, I gained a profound understanding of the innovative technical tools that make liquidity reporting more precise and reliable.
