  • In this workshop, we will learn how to manage ourselves and our teams and help them become resilient.

  • Set a Resilience Vision, identify goals & priorities, set SMART personal goals

Composure:
  • Emotional Intelligence, manage stress, develop internal awareness, stay calm and in control, mindfulness

Reasoning:
  • Problem solving and planning skills, being resourceful, anticipate challenges and plan ahead, explore your beliefs, change management

Health:
  • Improve the quality of our sleep, make regular exercise a part of life, have a balanced diet

Tenacity:
  • Realistic optimism, theories of motivation, handling mistakes, time management, build a sense of persistence, ability to bounce back from any setback

Collaboration:
  • Build trust, social networks and meaningful relationships, verbal and non-verbal communication

This sensitive yet important topic that affects each one of us professionally and personally was handled impressively by Dr. Parekh. The industry examples were very well articulated and explained in a simple and succinct manner. The highlight was the effective micro practices which support us in building resilience.   • Holds Resilience certifications from Driven in Australia, The GRIT Institute and the Rice University in USA, Awaris in Germany and Mindful Science Centre in India.
  • Worked with organisations such as Tata Special Steel, Mahindra & Mahindra, Excel Industries, Dale Carnegie Training and most critically, has spent a decade at Bayer CropScience heading Talent Development.
