Having a more technical background prior to the programme, the IGTC EBMP helped me to think holistically when solving problems in an everyday business environment. I began to seek multiple perspectives and to identify key issues that need to be addressed in complex work processes. Studying under some inspiring and dynamic faculty, I have learnt to understand the core decision making process and its implications on the financials of an organisation.
