On the 17th and 18th of November, Indo-German Training Centre held a customized programme on International Project Management for all their stakeholders – PGPBA and EBMP current students and alumni – together for the first time. The faculty for the lecture was Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Project Director at Siemens, Karlsruhe and a guest lecturer at the Duale Hochschule Baden- Wuerttemberg (DHBW), Karlsruhe. Dr. Kumar has personal acquaintance with this subject which enabled him to speak in more than usual interest upon it.
The programme consisted of 5 modules to give the participants an overview on the subject.

• Planning and structuring an international project
• Project controlling
• Project financial result reporting methods
• Management review and reporting
He shared with the participants many practical examples and challenges in planning and structuring an international project from his work experience at Siemens. The programme concluded with the participants giving a final presentation on the case studies discussed in the class. Thereafter, the participated were felicitated with a certificate by Dr. Rajiv Kumar and Radhieka Mehta on successfully completing the two day intensive programme.
