The BASF Seminar Series on Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, under the aegis of the Million Minds project, has been developed in collaboration with academia in order to promote good governance practices. It comprises 20 hours of teaching, training, seminars and case study development.
The contents include an overview on sustainable development, corporate governance in India and ethical dilemmas at workplace. This specially designed curriculum is delivered by senior BASF managers as faculty members, and it succeeds in its objective of sensitising and preparing the youth to emerge as responsible corporate citizens.
