We take this opportunity to congratulate the entire family of the Indo-German Training Centre (IGTC) on completion of a great milestone of 25 years of successful partnership with the industry.

Education lays the foundation of the present and future generations and plays an important role in developing and shaping a society. We applaud IGTC for taking up this honorable responsibility of imparting quality education in the field of management studies and creating future leaders who will make a difference to their organizations and to the world around them.

We are happy to be associated with IGTC since its inception through its various programs and initiatives. The Executive Business Management Programme (EBMP) has offered us a great lever to develop our practicing managers by providing them with cross functional skills, strategic vision, business acumen and contemporary management expertise. The program goes a long way in not only enabling our managers to stay relevant and fulfil their aspirations of taking up senior roles in business, but also contributes to the holistic development of our organization.

We strongly believe in the advantages of the unique learning model of IGTC’s Post Graduate Programme in Business Administration (PGPBA) which is a right mix of theoretical and practical insights. This partnership provides us the opportunity to hire and train bright talents from IGTC for different roles. The students have lived up to their potential and are doing well in the various assignments provided to them. This really re-instills our faith in the institution.

Our strong belief that values and high standards of governance are the edifice of building a living organization and that it is our joint responsibility to instill these values in future leaders has led us to collaborate with IGTC in creating a full time module on “Business Ethics and Corporate Governance”. We also commend the initiative taken by IGTC in creating a professional forum of all the practicing HR managers which is now thriving for nearly 5 years. This forum is an excellent platform where ideas and practices are shared, and provides immense value to all the participating organizations.
