An inspiring beginning to a new chapter of executive learning
It was a moment of immense pride for the Indo-German Training Centre (IGTC) as we launched our first-ever Executive Business Management Programme (EBMP) batch in Nashik on Saturday, 2nd August 2025.
Hosted at Decimal Point Analytics’ Training Room, the inaugural ceremony marked a significant milestone in IGTC’s journey to extend high-impact executive education beyond Mumbai and Pune. As the participants joined the IGTC fraternity, they embarked on a transformative path of leadership, learning, and personal growth.
This inaugural cohort brings together a focused group of mid-career professionals, the majority of whom proudly represent Decimal Point Analytics. Their presence reflects the organization’s strong belief in nurturing internal talent and creating a culture of continuous development. While they may share an organizational home, their diverse roles, experiences, and outlooks bring rich, real-world perspectives into the classroom.
We are especially grateful to Decimal Point Analytics — and in particular to Mr. Shailesh Dhuri, CEO — for placing immense trust in IGTC and being a key partner in making this programme a reality. His long-standing belief in the power of executive education, coupled with his commitment to building future-ready leaders, played a pivotal role in shaping this collaboration. Mr. Dhuri’s vision exemplifies how organizations can meaningfully invest in people development and create lasting impact through industry-academia partnerships.
The successful launch of the Nashik EBMP is not just the beginning of a new cohort, but a reaffirmation of IGTC’s mission to create future leaders and enable continuous professional growth. We once again thank Decimal Point Analytics, our faculty, alumni, and well-wishers for making this milestone possible.
With Nashik setting a strong precedent, IGTC is now gearing up for the 16th EBMP batch in Mumbai, scheduled to commence this September 2025, followed by the 12th EBMP batch in Pune beginning in February 2026. Delivered in the convenient alternate weekend format over one year, these programmes continue IGTC’s legacy of developing well-rounded leaders with strategic insight, strong business acumen, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Here’s to new beginnings, inspired leadership, and lifelong learning!
