Celebrating the Success of IGTC’s Executive Business Management Programme (EBMP) Mumbai batch 2023- 2024 Graduates at their Certificate Awarding Ceremony

On September 1st, 2024, the Indo-German Training Centre (IGTC) proudly celebrated the achievements of its Executive Business Management Programme (EBMP) graduates. The ceremony marked the end of a transformative journey of learning and growth.

Honouring Excellence and Commitment

The certificate ceremony brought together industry stalwarts, faculty, and families to honour the participants’ dedication and perseverance. The 2023-2024 EBMP batch comprised professionals from leading companies, including Baerlocher India Additives, BASF India Ltd., Jumo India Pvt. Ltd., Lanxess India Pvt. Ltd., Taylor & Francis India (Informa Business), Siemens Technology and Services Pvt. Ltd., and Wuerth Industrial Services India Pvt. Ltd.

Each participant received a certificate of completion and a trophy, symbolizing their readiness to take on new professional challenges.


Inspiring Words from Leadership

Ms. Beena Nair, Director at IGTC, and Ms. Ute Brockmann, Deputy Director General from the Indo German Chamber of Commerce extended heartfelt congratulations to the participants, on their commitment to lifelong learning and passion for excellence. The ceremony was attended by esteemed faculty members, including Dr. Harkant Mankad, Dr. Anita Bandyopadhyay, Dr. Suhas Rane, Mr. Shuaib Fakih, Mr. Sagar Narsian, Mr. Sudhakar Kasture, and Mr. Ravindra Kale. Some of these faculty also offered insightful reflections on key values such as tolerance, acceptance, and emotional intelligence—reminding participants that, in an increasingly tech-driven world, qualities like compassion and empathy remain irreplaceable. Adding to the occasion, Mr. Satish Moorkath, Business Head, Pharma Solutions, South Asia at BASF India, and mentor to one of the participants, graced the event with his presence.

Guest of Honor’s Insights

We were thrilled to have Mr. Aritra Das, Head of Marketing & Business Development at Thermofisher Scientific, as our Guest of Honor. Proud to say he is also an IGTC Alumni, with 16+ years in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and Diagnostics, and experience with global leading companies in the past- Abbott, Phonak, and Bayer. He inspired the audience with his thoughts on the importance of lateral growth, adaptability, and communication as vital leadership skills. Mr. Das emphasized on the world of Eight Quarters, encouraging the participants to embody resilience, patience, and the art of manifestation as they navigate their careers.


Looking Ahead

As our IGTCians move forward, they carry valuable lessons, strong networks, and the support of the IGTC community. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by their Programme Manager, Ms. Shilpa Herft followed by a networking high tea.
