On behalf of Siemens, it is extremely heartening to closely witness IGTC’s exponential growth, since its genesis, in 1991. Siemens has been supporting the training programme at IGTC, right from its inception; where trainees sponsored by us, receive holistic, cross-functional exposure that IGTC continues to offer, to this day.

Over the past twenty-five years, our partnership has only strengthened. Today, IGTC has become a brand in itself, within Siemens. As Siemens continues to partner India’s growth, by offering sustainable, integrated solutions by leveraging Electrification, Automation and Digitalization; IGTC’s industry-ready graduates, will continue to find opportunities, to contribute to this growth.

We believe that the practical-oriented, dual education system, is IGTC’s key differentiator. The essence of how theoretical knowledge translates into actionable strategies in the workplace, is distilled into its graduates. IGTC internships that last for six months, expose students to the real world, thereby aiding holistic growth. Siemens values IGTC’s flexibility, when it comes to joining the various kinds of jobs we offer. Today, hires from IGTC, support our businesses in sales, marketing and strategy, in addition to working with corporate functions.

The strength of our partnership is reflected by our annual intake of graduates from IGTC. We hire at least 15-20% IGTCians, on an average, every year, from the training perspective. IGTCians have contributed immensely through their competence that is essential, to attain our long-term organizational goals. Not surprisingly, they have risen to assume responsibilities in crucial roles, not just in India, but across the world.

We highly appreciate IGTC’s constant endeavour to offer newer platforms for enriching engagements. IGTC’s HR Forum is one such platform that brings together, colleagues from the HR fraternity, to share best practices and varied perspectives, of common interest.
