IGTC taught me the importance of having self confidence, developing critical thinking abilities, and also applying theoretical learning in practical scenarios. The capstone project as well as the internship gave me a holistic experience about the various facets and complexities of the business world. All the above experiences gave me the confidence to face the interview at NOCIL ltd. and secure a placement as a management trainee.
