Mr. Ravindra Kale brings over 32 years of expertise in Business Excellence, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and New Product Development. A Visiting Faculty at IGTC, he is passionate about training, facilitation, and consulting. Formerly General Manager – Business Excellence at Mahindra & Mahindra (Automotive Sector), he led key initiatives such as TQM, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping. With his strong industry background and practical approach, he simplifies complex concepts and equips participants with actionable tools for project success.
